Selenium is an essential trace mineral that works synergistically with Vitamin E.

As a constituent of glutathione peroxidase, an antioxidant enzyme, selenium neutralises free radicals before they can damage body tissues. It is a potent antioxidant.

This formula is organically bound and has been created using the yeast free form of selenium (L-Selenomethionine), and is therefore suitable for those with an intolerance to yeast.

Each Solgar Selenium tablet provides:
200ug Selenium (as l-selenomethionine)
Bulking Agents: (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Selenium (as L-selenomethionine), Cellulose Gum. 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 Solgar Selenium 200ug Tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
