It acts as a liver protectant and aids in the growth and repair of body tissues.

Vitamin B1 is also extremely effective as an insect repellant

100mg Vitamin B1 (thiamin HCI)
Thiamin (vitamin B1, as thiamin HCI), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Bulking Agents: (hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose). 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegetarians.
