Solgar Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) acts as a coenzyme necessary for the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose, which is burned in the body for energy.

It acts as a liver protectant and aids in the growth and repair of body tissues.

Vitamin B1 is also extremely effective as an insect repellant.

Each Solgar Vitamin B1 Tablet provides:
500mg Vitamin B1 (thiamin HCI)
Thiamin (vitamin B1, as thiamin HCI), Bulking Agents: (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cellulose Gum, Glazing Agents: (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)).
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 Solgar Vitamin B1 Tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
