Solgar Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) plays a role as a coenzyme in the breakdown and utilisation of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

It facilitates the release of glycogen for energy from the liver and muscles.

It also participates in the utilisation of energy in brain and nervous tissues and is essential for the regulation of the central nervous system.

Each Solgar Vitamin B6 Tablet provides:
50mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI)
Bulking Agents: (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cellulose Gum. 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 Solgar Vitamin B6 50mg Tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
