Solgar Women's 50+ Multivitamin is a daily vegetable capsule formulated for women over 50, combining a broad spread of vitamins and minerals with Kaneka CoQ10, plus lutein and zeaxanthin. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and calcium and vitamin D are needed for the maintenance of normal bones. The B vitamins in the blend contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Two capsules daily, preferably at mealtime.
