A sophisticated dark chocolate ganache centre, containing juicy Amarena cherries from the Bologna and Modena areas of Italy. The slightly bitter/sour cherry fruit sits companionably well with our 70% dark chocolate to create a truffle reminiscent of eating a mouthful of a fine Black Forest gateaux.
