Ener-C Multivitamin Drink Mix is a healthy, caffeine-free way to support daily immunity, energy and hydration.
The flavours and colours of all our formulas come from real fruit and vegetable sources, and we use a small amount of cane sugar to enable the rehydrating function of the electrolytes in our sport and multivitamin formulas. We use best-in-class mineral ascorbates as our primary source of vitamin C for superior bioavailability and absorption, along with 24 other essential vitamins and minerals.

Mix one sachet with water and drink before, during, or after your workout. You can also use it to rehydrate in situations of dehydration, such as after sun exposure or alcohol intake.
