Roasted peanuts, almonds, cashews and hazelnuts tumbled in herbs and wild garlic. Wild garlic is milder and greener than the bulb, so it seasons without dominating. A 100g bag. Mr Filberts roast and season in small batches in Somerset rather than buying in pre-seasoned nuts, which is why the coating sits unevenly and tastes of what it says. Store somewhere cool and reseal the bag — the enemy of a good nut is air.
