Stinging Nettle Blend 30ml

This blend uses two different parts of the nettle, prepared two different ways, which is unusual enough to explain.

It contains stinging nettle aerial parts, Urtica dioica, certified organic and used fresh and undried, together with nettle seed, used dried. The extraction rates are 303mg of fresh herb and 82mg of dry herb per 0.7ml.

Leaf and seed are treated as distinct materials in herbal practice rather than interchangeable parts of one plant, and most nettle products contain only the leaf. Including the seed, and stating both extraction rates separately, tells you exactly what is in the bottle.

The fresh and dried handling is deliberate too: aerial parts are extracted fresh, seed is dried first.

Shake well, then add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to a small glass of water or juice, two to five times a day, between meals.
