Symprove’s fermented, water-based formulation provides live, active bacteria, free from gluten, dairy, artificial colours, and flavours. With a light consistency similar to naturally flavoured water, taking a 70ml dose each morning is simple.

Offered in four flavours, including strawberry and raspberry, this scientifically validated liquid supplies billions of viable bacteria.

Key strains like Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Plantarum, Rhamnosus, and Enterococcus Faecium act together to enhance digestive health and maintain microbial equilibrium.

Water, extract of germinated barley, live activated cultures of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173, L. acidophilus NCIMB 30175; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings; colour: black carrot juice.

Shake the bottle gently before use. Take one full cup (70ml) of Symprove every morning and wait 10 minutes before you eat or drink anything.
