This is the sugar-free version of Ener C's effervescent drink, in mixed berry.

Each sachet supplies 1000mg of vitamin C from ascorbic acid and a mineral ascorbate mix, with vitamin A, vitamin E, niacin, vitamin B6 and folate. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Using a mineral ascorbate mix alongside plain ascorbic acid buffers the drink, which makes 1000mg easier on the stomach than straight ascorbic acid would be.

The colour comes from real fruit and vegetable sources rather than added colourings, and it is caffeine free.

Mix with 170ml of water, less for a stronger drink, more for a lighter one, and let it fizz.

Thirty sachets covers a month at one a day.

An effervescent drink suits anyone who struggles with tablets, and the liquid means the vitamin C is already dissolved before you take it.
