This is the mid-sized tub of Sun Chlorella A, and the sensible one to start with given how the dosing works.

The tablets are 95.5 percent pulverised chlorella with 4.5 percent sunflower lecithin. Sun Chlorella pulverise the cell wall rather than cracking it, which is their long-standing point of difference: the wall is indigestible, so how thoroughly it is broken down determines how much of the contents you can use.

Their directions are to begin at five tablets a day and build gradually to fifteen to forty, taken at once or spread out.

That range is why pack size matters. At fifteen a day this tub is under three weeks; at forty it is barely a week. The 1500 tablet tub costs considerably more but works out better if you settle at the higher end.

Build up slowly rather than starting at the full amount, which is the advice Sun Chlorella give and the mistake most people make.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
