Sunflower Family Chunks are the vegan, protein-rich meat and soy alternative, e.g. for sliced meat, goulash, ragout, curries and much more. Many popular meat dishes can be transformed into a meatless version by simply preparing the sunflowerCHUNKS. Soaking the sunflowerCHUNKS is not necessary, a short moistening is sufficient. sunflowerCHUNKS have a slightly nutty taste and can be seasoned as desired. They contain little fat, but plenty of protein.
