Clearspring sunflower frying oil is cold pressed from organic high oleic sunflower seeds, which are rich in monosaturated fats. These fats give the oils a high smoke point, making it perfect for high-temperature cooking. Rich in vitamin E and neutral in flavour, this oil is perfect for deep-frying tempura, stir-frying noodles and oven-roasting vegetables.
