Synaptaid is built around lion's mane, and uses both parts of the mushroom rather than just one of them.

It contains lion's mane fruiting body extract at 10:1 and lion's mane mycelium extract at 10:1, with cinnamon verum extract at 30:1, equivalent to 6,000mg. Alongside these are vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, Vitashine vitamin D3, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and methylfolate.

Using fruiting body and mycelium together is a deliberate choice: the two contain different compounds, and many cheaper mushroom products use mycelium grown on grain, which dilutes the extract with the substrate.

The vitamins are all supplied in their active forms, and the D3 is Vitashine, a lichen-derived D3 suitable for vegans rather than the usual lanolin source.

Take one capsule twice a day with food, giving a month from the pack.

Cinnamon at a 30:1 extract is an unusual inclusion alongside the mushroom, and is declared at an equivalent of 6,000mg.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
