The Woolfs Kitchen Tamarind Ketchup 150ml

Based on my Thai Aunt's recipe, this rather addictive sauce is a great all round condiment. Pour on grilled salmon or barbecued meats, drizzle on noodles and stir-fries, dollop on sausages, or smear on burgers.

Onions, Brown Sugar, Tamarind (13%), Garlic, Tamari Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Spirit Vinegar), Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Cornflour, Crushed Chillies (0.5%)

Dollop on toasties
- Drizzle over barbecued meats (ribs, burgers sausages are all delicious!)
- Pour on noodles & stir-fries
- Splash over cooked salmon & broccoli”
