Straight from the jar: Enjoy 1โ2 tablespoons daily to support your immune system or as a natural energy boost.
In drinks: Stir into tea, warm milk, or water. Add a squeeze of lemon for an extra hit of vitamin C.
As a sweetener: Naturally sweeten smoothies, cereal, yogurt, or desserts.
