The Gut Stuff was founded by twin sisters Alana and Lisa Macfarlane to make fibre-rich food and drinks that are easy to fit into the day. This bar is high in fibre and makes a handy snack for your bag or desk.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK, Europe and most countries worldwide.

UK Delivery

  • FREE Royal Mail Tracked on all orders over £40
  • £3.99 for orders under £40
  • No weight limit on UK deliveries

Europe

  • £10 per kg – calculated at checkout

Rest of the World

  • £15 per kg – calculated at checkout
  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Returns
