The Gut Stuff Raspberry & Coconut High Fibre Fruit & Nut Bar is a 35g bar that pairs tangy raspberry with creamy coconut, made with fruit and nuts.

It is high in fibre and comes from The Gut Stuff, the brand created by twin sisters Alana and Lisa Macfarlane. The fruity, tropical combination makes a bright change from chocolate snacks.

We deliver to the UK, Europe and most countries worldwide.

UK Delivery

  • £3.99 for orders under £40
  • No weight limit on UK deliveries

Europe

  • £10 per kg – calculated at checkout

Rest of the World

  • £15 per kg – calculated at checkout
  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
