The Gut Stuff Sea Salt & Caramel High Fibre Fruit & Nut Bar is a 35g bar of fruit and nuts with a sweet caramel flavour and a hint of sea salt.

It is high in fibre and comes from The Gut Stuff, the brand set up by twins Alana and Lisa Macfarlane to make fibre-rich eating easier. A good choice for a mid-afternoon snack.

We deliver to the UK, Europe and most countries worldwide.

UK Delivery

  • £3.99 for orders under £40
  • No weight limit on UK deliveries

Europe

  • £10 per kg – calculated at checkout

Rest of the World

  • £15 per kg – calculated at checkout
  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
