PureWine The Phoenix Starter Kit is a reusable wine pourer and aerator that filters wine as you pour, using replaceable Bio-Pod cartridges designed to reduce histamines and sulfites in the wine.

The kit includes one white reusable pourer, one reusable air tube and three Bio-Pod cartridges; each Bio-Pod filters one bottle. It works with red and white wines, adds no chemicals and is BPA free.

To use, hand wash the parts first, insert a Bio-Pod into the base, twist the cap into place, fit the air tube and push the Phoenix firmly into the bottle. Tilt to pour, allowing a few seconds for the wine to pass through the filter. For full-bodied reds, pour the whole bottle through into a carafe. Keep Bio-Pods away from water.
