A toffee apple curd, sweet and autumnal and rather unlike anything else on a preserve shelf. Good on toast, folded into yoghurt, or as a filling for a sponge. A 310g jar. Thursday Cottage have been making preserves in Essex since 1963, in open pans and small batches. Refrigerate after opening.
