Together's Curcumin & Turmeric Complex combines whole turmeric with a potent standardised extract of 95% curcumin. The result is a complete, full-spectrum, antioxidant formula with all the important compounds found in whole turmeric, together with a concentrated amount of the highly-studied phytonutrient, curcumin.

Curcumin & Turmeric Complex also includes a standardised extract of black pepper, providing 95% piperine, improving absorption of curcumin by up to 2000%.

Tumeric Root Extract: Providing Curcumin. 20:1 ratio, equivalent to 4000mg of Turmeric

Turmeric root (Curcuma longa), Turmeric rhizome extract, Black pepper extract (piper nigrum root). Capsule (Vegetable cellulose).

As a food supplement, adults take one to two capsules daily with or without food. Curcumin is fat soluble, so taking it with a fatty meal will improve absorption. Curcumin can be taken at any time. Try to find the best schedule to help you take it regularly.
