If it's your first time taking ConcenTrace follow these daily usage instructions:

Week one: Ten drops a day
Week two: 20 drops a day
Week three: 30 drops a day
Week four onwards: Up to 40 drops a day (Add an additional five drops as tolerated, until you reach a maximum of 40 drops)
