Every ingredient in Udo's Ultimate Oil blend has been carefully selected to make it easier to consume these essential 'good fats' in a balanced way. By "good fats" we mean essential fatty acids (EFAs).
Only two fatty acids are known to be essential for humans: ALA- alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and LA - linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid).
Udo's Ultimate Oil can be incorporated into your daily diet with minimum effort, simply add or drizzle over foods or drink. Just remember not to heat the oil as that damages the delicate essential fatty acids.
The oil is refrigerated in a dark glass bottle to prevent damage & for optimal freshness and the oil the capsules are unrefrigerated for convenience.
Essential fatty acids are needed for normal growth and development of children. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).
Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 2 g ALA.
Linoleic acid (LA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 10 g LA.

UK Delivery
We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.
Europe
Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
