Microcrystalline, Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), Alpha-amylase 62.5mg (5000 FCC DU), Lactase 37.5mg (3000 FCC ALU), Alpha-galactosidase 29.9mg (260 FCC GalU), Protease 4.5 25mg (12 500 FCC HUT), Cellulase 11.5mg (400 FCC CU), Lipase 8.6mg (150 FCC LU), Bromelain 1.7mg (50 000 FCC PU), Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin.

Consume 1 capsule before meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Suggested use:
For heavy meals: consume an additional capsule during the meal.
Capsules can be opened and the contents sprinkled over food if desired (do not take with very hot items as enzymes are heat sensitive).
