Urban Veda Body Oils are designed to be used with the Ayurvedic ritual of oil-based massage, Abhyanga, which is practised to condition skin, stimulate limber movement, and calm busy minds. To follow an Abhyanga ritual, begin by rolling the bottle back and forth between the palms to lightly warm the oil. Dispense 4-5 pumps of oil, rub between palms for a moment and inhale the pure aromatherapy oils, before massaging for 5-15 minutes. Starting at your extremities, and adding more oil as needed, use long strokes along your limbs moving towards your heart, while switching to circular motions over joints, torso and chest. Allow to absorb before dressing or bathing.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
