DHA and EPA are both essential omega-3 fatty acids that have traditionally been obtained from eating oily fish. Well we've taken out the middle man, the reason these fish contain Omega-3s like DHA and EPA is because they have algae as a mjor part of their diet, so why not go straight to the source?

Our Omega-3 DHA:EPA 500mg is produced from algae (Schizochytrium sp. microalgae), making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as well as everyone else!

DHA especially, is essential for pregnant women as it helps with normal foetal development during pregnancy and normal brain development in breast feeding infants.

Both DHA and EPA have also been favourably linked to mental function, dyslexia, ADHD and anti-aging.

Omega-3 DHA:EPA 500mg, is rich in both these essential fatty acids, with 125mg of DHA and 75mg of EPA in each gelatin free capsule.
