Avanti shines before, during and after exercise

Before: Enjoy an Avanti bar 1-2 hours before a training session.

During: Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Each Avanti bar delivers 40g natural carbs per bar plus 5g of protein and 37mg of sodium.

After: Enjoy a bar within 30 minutes of intense or prolonged exercise to restore healthy muscle function*

Dispatch times
