Before: Enjoy a Di Bosco bar 1-2 hours before a training session.

During: Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Each Di Bosco bar delivers 40g natural carbs per bar plus 5g of protein.

After: Enjoy a bar within 30 minutes of intense or prolonged exercise to restore healthy muscle function*

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
