Viridian Fenugreek Extract is taken from the seed and standardised to 50% of the key active saponins, with each capsule providing the equivalent of 4800mg of whole herb, alongside zinc citrate.

This pack contains 30 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.
