Viridian L-Tryptophan delivers 220mg of European Pharmacopoeia grade L-tryptophan per capsule, in a base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry. L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid the body uses to produce niacin and serotonin.

This pack contains 90 capsules. As with any supplement, take as directed on the pack.
