Viridian Organic Kelp uses Seagreens Organic Ascophyllum Kelp, a whole food harvested fresh from the oceans around Iceland or Ireland, simply dried and powdered, in a base of organic alfalfa. Providing 200µg of iodine per capsule, which contributes to normal thyroid function.
