Viridian Vitamin A 5000IU delivers 1.5mg (5000IU, 188% NRV) of vitamin A as retinol acetate per capsule, in a base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry. Vitamin A contributes to normal vision, normal skin and normal function of the immune system.

This pack contains 60 capsules, suitable for vegetarians. As with any high-dose vitamin A supplement, take as directed on the pack.
