Natural Health Practice Vitamin C Support provides high-strength, buffered vitamin C. Two capsules supply 1,000mg magnesium ascorbate, giving 803mg vitamin C and 60mg magnesium, with 180mg bilberry fruit extract.

Take one capsule twice a day with food. Magnesium ascorbate is a non-acidic form of vitamin C, so it is gentler on the stomach than plain ascorbic acid. Every Natural Health Practice formula carries nutritionist Dr Marilyn Glenville's seal of approval, in vegan capsules free from fillers, artificial sweeteners, colours and preservatives.
