This essential fat-soluble vitamin contributes to normal bones and blood clotting. Perfect for supporting bone and cardiovascular health. Each tablet provides a clinically proven, effective dose of 45mcg of MenaQ7 the only clinically validated, patented vitamin K2 as MK-7 available.

Lithothamnium calcareum, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K), zein protein coating, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Adults take 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
