Vitaminnica Siberian Ginseng provides 2500mg of Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) per capsule, in a pack of 60 capsules, a two-month supply.

Siberian ginseng is a shrub native to north-east Asia, used in traditional herbal practice there for centuries. Take one capsule a day with water, preferably after a meal, and do not exceed the stated dose.
