Wedderspoon MGO 400 Raw Manuka Honey is a 250g jar of high-strength raw New Zealand Manuka honey with a certified minimum of 400mg/kg methylglyoxal (MGO).

It is kept raw and unpasteurised, giving a thick texture and an intense, rich and slightly bitter Manuka flavour. Each batch is independently verified in New Zealand. Most people enjoy a teaspoon a day.
