Biocare Weight Support & Metabolic Complex combines chromium with three plant extracts: Sinetrol®, a citrus and guarana blend; MaxiTherm®, an extract of cayenne pepper; and green tea extract.

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Each two-capsule serving provides 200mcg of chromium, 500% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

Take one capsule with breakfast and one with lunch, and do not take on an empty stomach. Guarana and green tea naturally contain caffeine, so this product is not recommended for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and is best avoided if you are sensitive to caffeine. If you take any medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist before use. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
