• A long soak in Weleda Lavender Bath Milk is the ideal therapy for mental exhaustion, over-stimulation and restlessness.

• A long fragrant soak in the evening, before bed, will help promote a peaceful night’s sleep.

• Containing Lavender oil, this bath milk has a calming effect on the nervous system and helps treat skin conditions aggravated by stress.
• To refresh a room, add a few drops to a small bowl of warm water.

Water (Aqua), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Linalool*, Potassium Olivate, Glyceryl Oleate, Alcohol, Glycerin, Limonene*, Geraniol*. *from natural essential oils.

Shake the bottle and pour three to four capfuls into a warm bath just before stepping in. Allow up to 20 minutes for the essential oils to take effect. After bathing use our Lavender Relaxing Body Oil.
