Roasted mixed nuts tumbled in herbs and wild garlic, in a 1.5kg catering bag. Wild garlic is milder and greener than the bulb, so it seasons without dominating. Sized for events, offices, or refilling smaller bowls over a long stretch. Mr Filberts roast and season in small batches in Somerset rather than buying in pre-seasoned nuts, which is why the coating sits unevenly and tastes of what it says. Reseal the bag between sittings — air is the enemy of a good nut.
