Harvested from the wild Siberian forests, Otzibrew Chaga is an excellent source of manganese which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, maintenance of normal bones and normal energy metabolism.

As an adaptogen, Chaga is a natural substance which can resist the damaging effects stress can have on the body as well as promoting and restoring normal physiological functioning. Adaptogens act to normalise and regulate the systems of the body.

Freeze dried pure Chaga powder

Mix just under 1g in approximately 200ml hot water (not boiling) or cold water. Can also be added to other drinks such as coffee, tea, smoothie, juice etc…or sprinkled over food.
