Optibac's Women's Wellbeing pairs live cultures with vitamins, so it does two jobs in one capsule.

The live cultures are Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell-71, Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175 and Lactobacillus crispatus Rosell-470, in a potato starch base with a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule. Ascorbic acid and other vitamins are included alongside.

The strain naming is the useful part. Rosell numbers and the GG designation identify specific documented strains rather than a generic species name, which is what allows one product to be compared with another.

Optibac's directions are one capsule daily, suitable for adults and children from twelve years, giving a month from this pack.

Combining cultures with vitamins means one capsule instead of two products, which is the practical case for it.

Women's Wellbeing can be given to adults and children, from 12 years onwards, with the following recommendations:

For best results take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast.
May be increased to 2 capsules per day if desired or professionally directed.
Can be used on an ongoing basis.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cool drink/food.
