Steenbergs Yerba Mate 75g

Yerba Mate Herbal Tisane is a traditional herbal tea from South America and makes a nutritious hot drink. When brewed Steenbergs Yerba Mate has a robust herby, musky and deeply satisfying flavour.

Yerba Mate is great alternative to caffeinated teas, though it also contains caffeine but at lower levels. As well as providing an energy boost, Steenbergs Yerba Mate is packed with antioxidants that helps support your overall well-being and reduce the risks of various illnesses.

Enjoy hot or cold, steep 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of boiling water (95-100C) for 8 - 10 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk but goes well with milk if preferred.
