Are the nuts raw or roasted?

How long do they keep?
Several months sealed and cool, but less once opened. Walnuts and pecans turn fastest, so keep those in the fridge or freezer if you are not getting through them quickly.
Which nut is best for making nut milk?
Cashews, because they blend completely and need no straining. Almonds make the more traditional milk but need a bag or a fine sieve.
Do you sell nuts suitable for people with allergies?
