Alara Organic Oat Bran is a 650g bag of the outer layer of the oat grain, milled from organic oats by Alara, the London-based organic cereal makers.

It is a good source of protein and naturally rich in fibre. Cook it into a smooth, creamy porridge, sprinkle it over cereal or yoghurt, or add a handful to muffins, bread and smoothies.
