Fresh basil leaves give aroma to this chunky pasta sauce, made for us in Sicily using naturally sun-sweetened Italian tomatoes and Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil from an award-winning mill. The tomatoes are left in generous pieces rather than blended smooth. Warm through and stir into hot pasta, or use as a base for baked dishes and pizza. Suitable for vegans.
