BetterYou Magnesium Relax Bath Flakes are an effective way of replenishing the body with this essential mineral, promoting overall wellbeing, aiding skin health and naturally relieving tired and aching muscles.
A relaxing blend of magnesium chloride, rose geranium and bergamot to help ease tension and clear the mind - for ultimate relaxation

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.

Bath

Add 250g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.

Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath

Add 150g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.

Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

750g of Magnesium Relax Flakes contains 90g magnesium.
