BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray is a marvellous mixture of magnesium chloride and lavender to help relax energetic little snapperwhippers before bed.

Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, anthemis nobilis fl ower (chamomile) oil, linalool, citric acid.

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.

Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

If your child's sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
