BetterYou Vitamin C Oral Spray is a great-tasting daily oral spray delivers 120mg of fruit-source vitamin C to support the normal function of the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin C 120mg 150%
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
1-5 years of age: use 1 spray a day
6-12 years of age: use 2 sprays a day, taken together or separately
11-14 years of age: use 3 sprays a day, taken together or separately
15-17 years of age: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately
18+ years of age: use 5 sprays a day, taken together or separately
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
